February Writing Journals I use these journals every day in my class as a warm-up writing activity. It also helps prepare them for those timed standardized tests. They get used to having to write on a given subject in a specified time. I've noticed a great improvement in their willingness to write and how much they write over the year.
Summer Fun Addition Practice A great game to practice addition facts. I always called them turnaround facts but "flip flop facts" as so much more fun!
Long and Short Vowel Concentration I noticed many of my kids need work discriminating long and short vowels. So I developed this game to help them practice. There are two differentiated versions included.
A Gardening Array Here is a fun puzzle/game that my kids loved. They match the picture to the repeated addition sentence to the multiplication sentence. Check it out!
